Happy birthday lusthaveit! | August Unboxing
As far as I'm concerned, birthdays are a great thing. They're even greater when you get a bunch of amazing products to try, and end up falling head over heels in love. I was super excited to find out that August would be lusthaveit!'s birthday box, and I have to say even though my expectations were pretty high, they were more than exceeded with this month's goodies.
Eleven Australia Miracle Hair Treatment ($24.95/125ml) may just be my newest haircare love. I've had the opportunity to try it before, and while I did really enjoy it, buying a full size completely slipped my mind. I've been using it for about a week consistently and I never want to be without it again. It's taken the place of my Moroccan oil. It is that good. My hair is noticeably softer and a lot more manageable, and since we're coming into warmer weather, I'll take all the sun protection I can get.
Essenzza Fuss Free Naturals cleansing wipes ($6.95/25) have already found their way into my daily routine. The second I tore into this month's box, the bonus pack went into my gym bag and I've already finished them. I have the cleanse and exfoliate kind, which are rough on one side and make taking my makeup off a breeze. Having said that, it's not a new concept or anything- but they smell like pineapple, and that's a tick in the right box!
BioElixia Bodyshaper Stretch Mark Diminishing Cream ($39/125ml) is the one product I haven't gotten into just yet. Stretch marks aren't one of my biggest concerns, but this apparently helps with skin colour and discolouration as well which I'm keen to see results of. Stretch mark creams seem to be a big thing at the moment, so I'll be sure to make note of my experiences.
Bioderma Crealine H2O ($29.99/250ml) is amazing. I already have the big bottle, so I'm thinking this baby size is going to wind up being an awesome thing to decant into when I have to travel. This stuff just takes everything off with minimal fuss- including that stubborn waterproof mascara. It's also amazingly refreshing after a long day, and I'd definitely recommend it for all those ladies who really just wanna hop straight into bed minus the full cleansing routine. It's a great quick fix option.
Marsk Eyeshadow Brush Pro-Line ($28.95) is a a lovely shader brush. The bristles are soft and densely packed enough that concentrating colour on the lid is super easy. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the ferrule seems very sturdy and has a nice almost matte finish to it. The brush itself also actually has a nice weight to it. Also, you know how I love my multi taskers, and I've found I also love it for applying undereye concealer.
This month's box also included a ton of bonus goodies, including a 6 week subscription to Quickflix and several sneaky discount vouchers (guess who's going on an online shopping binge?). There was so much to love about this month's box, and I honestly think lusthaveit! have managed to raise the bar with the birthday celebration goodies. I think I can safely say this is the best subscription box I've had to date!
