lusthaveit! December Unboxing & Review

The Cosmetic Kitchen Raw Chocolate Bath Salts & Clay Mask
I don't think I've ever used a face mask that made me want to eat it off my face instead of using a warm cloth. Raw chocolate is thought to have many potential benefits for the skin such as promoting cell repair, improving hydration and increasing blood flow. I haven't had the chance to use the bath salts yet, but a chocolate bath sounds like the most amazing idea ever. Both products are animal cruelty free, vegan and proudly Australian.

Inika Pure Primer
I've yet to find a primer that really works for me, so I've got my fingers crossed while I put this one to the test. My bottle didn't exactly survive its journey through the postal system in the best of shape, but it's nothing a little decanting won't fix. I'm hoping my skin responds well to this since majority of its ingredients are touted as being organic.

Designer Brands Extend A Brow (Light Medium)
I'm always up for trying new brow products, and this one seemed particularly interesting. I was expecting that the fibres were suspended in some kind of gel, but the product is actually very dry. The fibres flake off the doe foot applicator pretty easily, so I ended up with some patchiness when I was testing this on my brows. I'm not super impressed or anything, but it wasn't a complete disaster.

Lonvitalite C1 Face Mask
I love how popular sheet masks are becoming- they're easy and convenient to use, without leaving you with a huge mess to clean up afterwards. This particular one claims to help with the damage caused by sun exposure and brighten the complexion. I haven't had the chance to try this one yet, but if the online reviews are anything to go by, I'm really intrigued.

I'm such a fan of receiving skin care products in beauty subscriptions because it's a pretty solid way of determining whether you'll like it before committing to a full size. As the last lusthaveit! for 2014, I can't wait to see what they'll come up with in the next year.

Disclosure: the products in this post were kindly sent for review. All opinions are my own.
